Homeschool Horsemanship
   Students learn about every aspect of horse ownership, getting an unvarnished look at the time, effort, and expense involved. Topics covered include safety, handling, grooming, feeding, conformation, diseases, first aid, saddling and riding. Field trips will be scheduled to the feed store to learn about equine nutrition, to take the horses to the veterinarian, and to observe the farrier (horeshoer.)
Meets once/week, $70/mo. Through the school year

Horsey Camp
  Students learn horse safety & Handling from the ground up. Why do horses act like they do? This class gives the student a real confidence boost when they see how well they can control the horse. A good introduction to Homeschool Horsemanship. Did I mention that we will ride bareback?
Meets weekly for 2 hours x 4 weeks, $125 total
